Prof. Tomasz Kamiński and Natalia Matiaszczyk presented their report on the support provided by Polish metropolitan cities to Ukrainian partners. In addition, Prof. Tomasz Kamiński delivered a paper on the theoretical linkages between paradiplomacy and multiplexity, while Natalia Matiaszczyk presented her ongoing research on how South Korean cities engage in politics of memory through paradiplomacy. Dr. Joanna Ciesielska-Klikowska introduced her forthcoming book on Germany–China relations, soon to be published by Palgrave Macmillan.
