Prof. Tomasz Kamiński and Dr. Joanna Ciesielska-Klikowska participated in the Summer Academy "Subnational Diplomacy. Shaping Global Affairs", held from 15 to 18 June, and organized by the Academy of International Affairs in Bonn. They led sessions and workshops while also engaging in discussions and activities with a diverse group of scholars, diplomats, and practitioners. The academy fostered a vibrant exchange of ideas on the growing role of subnational actors in global affairs.
