Our Lab’s members, Michał Gzik, Tomasz Kamiński, and Natalia Matiaszczyk, have just published an article on how city diplomacy can be fragile in times of crisis. The article highlights the differences between city diplomacy and traditional diplomacy, drawing on a study of Polish-Chinese city relations in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic and Russia’s full-scale aggression against Ukraine.
